Quintina Burroughs-Lee, MoPA

Tina Burroughs-Lee is a seasoned community organizer with over 15 years of experience across diverse sectors, including nonprofit, government, private, and real estate industries. Her journey into the nonprofit world began during college when she found her passion for community service while working at AWOL All Walks of Life, Inc. 

Before that, Tina was deeply involved with Summit Family Center, Inc., her grandmother's nonprofit organization based in Decatur, GA. This early exposure instilled in her a strong commitment to serving communities and empowering grassroots organizations. After completing her undergraduate degree at Savannah State University, Tiny attended the University of Southern California's esteemed public affairs program. Armed with a Master of Public Affairs (MoPA) degree, Tina embarked on a new chapter in 2013, transitioning into grant writing and nonprofit capacity-building consulting. This shift in her career path was driven by her desire to assist fledgling nonprofit organizations in gaining momentum and making a tangible impact in their communities. 

Tina's expertise extends to working with veteran-focused nonprofits, community-based organizations, and youth initiatives. Her proficiency as a research data analyst allows her to craft compelling grant proposals and provide invaluable insights and strategic forecasts to her clients, aiding them in navigating the complexities of the grant writing process. Continuing her journey of professional growth, Tina is currently pursuing further education in Addiction Counseling. This new endeavor reflects her deep investment in supporting nonprofits dedicated to addressing substance abuse and mental health challenges, further solidifying her role as a driving force in effecting positive change within the nonprofit sector and beyond.
